Communication & Planning

Kickoff meeting We sit down together to talk budget, design, vision, and map out the planning timeline from here to "I do."

Staying in sync Regular check-ins — by phone, email, or in person — keep the planning moving and nothing falling through the cracks. This is one of the biggest days of your life, and we want you to feel taken care of at every step, not just on the day itself.

Your planning portal A private online account gives you a real-time view into everything: guest list and RSVPs, budget and payments, proposals and contracts, design boards, and notes from every call and meeting. Invite whoever you'd like — parents, wedding party — and we'll set permissions to match how involved each person should be.

Hotel blocks, handled We set up room blocks and negotiated rates for your guests, with easy booking links and codes you can share — one less thing on your plate.

We show up when you can't Can't make a vendor appointment? We'll go for you, or alongside you, from first meeting through final walkthrough.

Two on-site meetings included Whether it's a layout session or a final walkthrough, we're there in person as needed.

Floor plans, to scale Once you approve the layout, we build a to-scale floor plan of your venue — guest count, décor, rentals, all of it — so you and your vendors can see exactly how the day will come together.

Wedding Weekend

On-site vendor coordination We're there to greet every vendor, direct load-in and setup, keep meals and breaks on schedule, and manage breakdown and load-out.

Rehearsal, run smoothly We walk your wedding party and family through the ceremony so everyone knows where to be and when.

Day-of lead + team Lauren Pelissier leads your day on-site, backed by 2–5 assistants depending on your guest count and moving parts. One assistant stays close to the bride all day with a kit built for exactly these moments — torn hems, forgotten deodorant, a hairspray emergency — so nothing catches you off guard.

Seating & place settings We help finalize your seating chart in your portal and pass along dietary needs and special notes to the venue and vendors.

Favors & welcome bags We coordinate delivery to the right spot at the right time for guests to grab and enjoy.

Reception details, wrapped up From the guest book to escort cards, we source it, set it up, break it down, and return it to you.

Final payments & gratuities We handle vendor payments and gratuities at the end of the night, exactly as you've instructed.

Your belongings, taken care of We make sure your personal items are gathered and handed off to someone you trust before we close out the night.
