Your planning world, all in one place A private online portal keeps your whole celebration at your fingertips — guest list and RSVPs, budget and payments, contracts, design inspiration, and every note from every call. Share it with as many loved ones as you'd like; we'll tailor what each person can see.

There when you can't be We'll join you for up to two vendor appointments — standing in for you when you can't make it, or standing beside you through selection and beyond.

Two visits, just for the two of you Whether it's a layout session or a vendor walkthrough, we're there in person whenever it counts most.

Logistics

Your celebration, drawn to scale Once you give the nod, we design a to-scale floor plan of your venue — every table, every detail of décor and rentals — so you and your vendors can picture the whole beautiful evening before it happens.

A day, gently orchestrated Every moment, every handoff, mapped into one timeline and shared with your vendors, your wedding party, and your venue — so all anyone has to do is show up and be present.

Wedding Day

Welcoming every vendor with open arms We greet each vendor as they arrive, guide load-in and setup, keep meals and breaks on schedule, and see everything through to a graceful breakdown and departure.

A rehearsal that feels effortless We gently guide your wedding party and family through the ceremony, so when the real moment comes, everyone simply knows where to stand and where to be.

Your day, held by hands that care We're your point person on the wedding day, supported by assistants and staff as needed. One assistant stays close to you throughout the day with an emergency kit for life's small surprises — a torn hem, a forgotten hairspray, a spilled glass of champagne — so nothing steals your joy, even for a moment.

The final touches, cared for start to finish We set up your guest book, favors, escort cards, and seating chart, then gently pack it all away and return every piece safely to you.

Closing the night with gratitude We handle final vendor payments and gratuities exactly as you've asked, so your last moments of the night are about celebration, not logistics.
